As the nation's longest running continually-operated haunted house, The Children's Museum Guild's Annual Haunted House has been a fixture of the Indianapolis Halloween scene and is the museum's biggest fundraiser! Over the 61-year history of the Haunted House, it has welcomed over 3.3 million visitors and the Guild has donated more than $17 million to the museum, including over $3 million the past six years! Through the Haunted House and other efforts, Guild members collectively contribute more than 36,000 volunteer hours each year and have assisted in nearly every area of the museum’s growth and development.
