With the Department of Child Services, we provide a free one-year membership to qualifying Indiana foster families. Any dependent children under age 21 are also included on membership.

Apply for a free Foster Family membership
Apply for a free Foster Family membership in-person by downloading the Foster Family Membership Application and presenting the completed form at The Children’s Museum Box Office. Licensed foster parent must be present at time of enrollment. You can also apply online.
The following materials are required:
- Valid Indiana Foster Family Home License
- Indiana State-issued Photo ID
