They love to bake cookies, cupcakes, and pies galore at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis Santa-Land bakery. I am so proud to watch them working so well with each other and the other children sharing the 'supplies' and 'end results'. They love to bring their creations for us to 'eat' and giggle when we dote on the delicious treats and act out how overstuffed we are but then turn around and ask for our next 'special request'. The only thing missing from the ambiance are the smells of a real bakery. I'm sure the museum restaurants would sell a ton of cookies and treats if the Santa-land smelled like freshly baked cookies! Actually, my waistline thanks the museum for not piping in bakery smells!
