My daughter and I have been to the Children's Museum of Indianapolis about once a year since she was two. She loves the hands on experiences and having some quality mommy time! We try to come during the week and not during school breaks so she can truly enjoy the experience as she is fairly sensitive to a lot of noise and crowds and gets upset when many children are pushing around in the excitement.
Last year we meant to come for the Yule Slide, but she got the "swine flu" and was in bed for a week and after was tired easily for a long time. I didn't to want push her and risk her getting sick again or not enjoying it and then not wanting to come back.
Then school started back up, taxes came due, and life became hectic again and we never made it for the Yule Slide.
This year, win this contest or not, we are coming so she can experience the holidays at the museum! This will be a first for BOTH of us, so I plan to make every moment count and make happy memories and hopefully a great tradition!
