I remember as a child going to the Children's Museum of Indianapolis and being completely mesmerized by all the interesting and fun exhibits residing there. I would walk right into the front door, my smile and excitement would overcome me. Now, years later I get to watch that same reaction with my two young boys. Their smiles, laughing, and squeals of excitement bring back those fun times I had when I was younger. I'm not exactly sure which is their favorite, I'm almost positive it would be a tie between the Dora and Diego exhibit and the Dinosaur exhibit. When we go there, they become immersed in such a fun learning environment...one that is near impossible to reinvent in my house or at a school. I love that they can go back in time with the Dinosaurs, they jump with excitement when it starts to thunder and lightening in there. The part I love the most is the memories that my boys and I will share for a lifetime....who knows, maybe some day they'll get to make memories with their kids there too!
