Sensory maps

Our sensory maps provide information about the layout of the museum and indicate areas that are sensory-heavy, as well as those that may be less stimulating. Symbols indicate if a particular area:

Upcoming Museum My Way Events

These special events are an opportunity for visitors with disabilities and/or sensory sensitivities to experience the museum in a new way with limited capacity, edited sounds and lighting in some areas, and more. Families and groups of all abilities are welcome to play and learn together!

What is your designated caregiver policy?

A complimentary admission ticket will be issued to a licensed care provider for visitors requiring medical assistance to visit. The care provider must provide an employee badge from a licensed facility and a matching photo ID. This complimentary ticket is available to the caregiver when the visitor and accompanying guests present valid admission.
