Building character through sports

Our coaches in the outdoor sports experience are Double-Goal Coach certified through the Positive Coaching Alliance—a national nonprofit with a mission to create a positive, character-building youth sports environment. We understand that while winning is fun, it's secondary to honoring the game itself. Our coaching philosophy is built upon the R.O.O.T.S.—Rules, Opponents, Officials, Teammates, and Self—of Honoring the Game.

Rules

The rules of the game are there for a reason. They help keep the game fair and safe. Respect the role rules play in your sport. Don't try to bend or break them.
