Accessibility at Access Pass Attractions

All of the Access Pass attractions strive to be inclusive and welcoming to all guests. Each attraction offers resources and accommodations to ensure all guests enjoy their visit. Here’s a list of what is available at each attraction.

The Children's Museum of Indianapolis

  • Adult and youth wheelchairs are available in the Welcome Center at no charge 
  • Accessible entrances, doors, elevators, and restrooms
  • Service dogs welcome
  • Adaptive equipment in the Riley Children’s Health Sports Legends Experience®
  • Accessible Carousel

Newfields

  • Accessible restrooms are located on Floor 1 and in The Toby inside the Indianapolis Museum of Art, as well as Lilly House, Randolph H. Deer Special Events Pavilion, and the Ruth Lilly Visitors Pavilion in Fairbanks Park
  • Service dogs or service dogs-in-training are welcome to visit all buildings and The Garden on the Newfields campus, and the Miller House and Garden located in Columbus, Indiana. The service dog must be under physical or voice control of the guest at all times
  • Free indoor wheelchairs and rollators are available from the Welcome Desk
  • Free and accessible parking is located both on the main surface lot and in the underground parking garage
