Our extended family has always been members of the museum so we've made many great memories there. The one that stands out the most, though, is when our entire family came for the opening of the "Fireworks of Glass" exhibit. My Mother-In-Law was a huge fan of Dale Chihuly and was very excited when she learned he was going to have an exhibit so close to home. Unfortunately, she passed away before the exhibit opened so our family decided to attend the opening in her honor. The kids loved learning about Grandma's favorite artist and we loved seeing his work. It was a very special day for our family!
