“Ho, Ho, Ho and happy free admission,” exclaimed Santa Claus as he talked about his last opportunity to visit wide-eyed boys and girls at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis in 2014.
On December 24th, the museum is open from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. (museum closes at 2 p.m.) and is FREE for all visitors to come and experience the fun of Jolly Days Winter Wonderland and the five full floors of fun and imaginative exploration. Santa will be listening to those last minute wishes before he begins his journey around the world delivering toys and special gifts.
Yule Slide Challenge
This holiday season, we challenge you to take a trip down the Yule Slide! The Children’s Museum relies heavily on donor support to fulfill our mission of providing extraordinary family learning experiences. To ensure that all children and families, regardless of income, can experience the museum for free on December 24, we have created the Share Your Slide Challenge. The challenge is simple. Visit and ride!
When you visit, be sure to take a ride down the Yule Slide! From now until December 31, the museum hopes to have at least 90,000 visitors to ride down the Yule Slide as we head into the 90th year the museum has been open. If you visit and ride, you can help our generous donors provide free admission to all children and families on December, 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.!
You can Make Your Slide Count in the following ways:
- Share a picture and using #Myslidecounts
- Deposit coins or dollars in the amount of your choice in the box at the bottom of the slide
- Visit www.childrensmuseum.org to make a small donation
Your donation will help underserved children and families to ride down the Yule Slide, just like you.
