When I was a child, my grandparents always took us to The Children's Museum of Indianapolis at Christmas. Riding the Carousel was the highlight for me—we didn't go to amusement parks or carnivals often so it was a real treat.
Now that I'm the parent, I always take my kids to the Children's Museum at Christmas. For them, the Yule Slide is the favorite—they love racing each other (and my husband and I) to see who gets to the bottom first.
As a parent, I still love the Carousel, but I also love the fun memories we make as a family and the great way to spend a snowy December day!
