Museum Excitement

[[{"type":"media","view_mode":"media_large","fid":"39598","attributes":{"class":"media-image","typeof":"foaf:Image","style":"","title":"Member Story","alt":"Member Story"}}]]My daughter is one of The Children's Museum of Indianapolis' biggest fans at three years old. She asks every week if we are going to the museum. I love to see the sparkle in her eyes when we first enter the museum. We always look at the dinosaurs and try to guess what the dinosaurs are comming to do today. The carousel is our first stop every time. Her sheer joy of riding the horses makes every trip worthwhile. I love to see the wonder in her eyes when she tries to figure out what the rocks will do in the watershed. Playscape is our next stop. She always hugs and says hi to the bear greeter at the door. She loves the sand and water areas. We love the ever-changing exhibits like the penguins and Dora the Explorer. We love all of the shows in the Lilly Theater and "seeing the stars in the day." The Dinosaurs are the last stop and she is facinated with the Paleotologists that work in the Dinosaur areas. Digging is one of her favorite activities in that area. We loved the lights on Haunted House and how friendly the people were. My daughter loves the Children's Museum and we will always be members.
