This last six months has been marked with loss and stress for our family. I lost my job. Two weeks after the job loss, my husband's grandmother who raised him, passed away. Summer was marked by alot of "no's" to our children. No beach trips. No movie theater nights. No summer sports. We have been looking for steady employment but have yet to find anything that can sustain our household and are now facing the possible loss of our home. So We hope that our story, our positive memories of this year and kickoff for what we hope will be a better year in 2013, will begin at the Children's Museum. I cannot think of a better escape from "no". A better time to say "yes" to my kids. Yes, we can go someplace very special meant just for you. Yes, you can have the best toys this year. Yes, we can begin again and we will.
