In the middle of September, my partner and I welcomed a 3 year old little boy into our home, Locklan. We recently took him to the Children's Musuem for his first visit. He was so happy and eager to learn that we about burst with excitement. My partner, Brad, is a school teacher and I am a social worker. We are so sxicted to give our new little man everything that we can give him. He has had a hard life. We plan to spend lots of time at the Children's Musuen over the holidays. He loves going to the Playscape to play in the sand and the water. He loved seeing and learning about Ryan White in the Power of Children exhibit. It was really memorable for us to see him want to go learn about three children who were really strong and made a difference in older people's lives. He thought they were pretty cool. We are excited to spend our first Christmas together as a family and spend more time at the Children's Musuem, a place where we can grow stonger as family and watch our child grow so much too! Attached is picture of our first Halloween. He was Leo from Little Einsteins, his favorite show!
