Potty Champ!

My 3 year-old son was terrified of using the "big potty" and would only use certain ones. I even had to travel with a potty in my car that he would willingly use, rather than use public toilets, especially the "magic" ones that flush by themselves and would terrify him. On one of his trips to The Children's Museum of Indianapolis with his Aunt, he decided to try out the small toilet, just his size. And just like that, he acheived a huge milestone, thanks to the care that went into the planning of the Children's Museum. The whole place is designed for the continued expansion of a child's mental, social and developmental growth, right down to the bathrooms! He will be 5 next month and still tallks about how brave he was. He has moved on to use almost all the other bathrooms at the Children Museum. This experience continues to boost his self-confidence as he tries other new things. Thanks, Children's Museum!
