Ingredients
Cupcake
- Your favorite box of cupcake mix
- Ingredients on back of box
Pumpkin Decoration
- Orange frosting
- Green drops
Jack ‘o Lantern Decoration
- Orange frosting
- Black “piping” icing
- Green “piping” icing
Cat Decoration
- Orange frosting
- Mini marshmallows
- Pretzel sticks
- Black “piping” icing
- Candy corn
- Edible eye candies
Eyeball Decoration
- White frosting
- Black "piping" icing
- Red “piping” icing
- Green Lifesavers (or another small round candy)
Mummy Decoration
- White frosting
- Edible eye candies
Frankenstein Decoration
- Green frosting
- Candy Corn
- Black “piping” icing
Process
Cupcakes
- Follow directions on the back of your cupcake mix box to make the batter.
- Line muffin tin with Halloween cupcake liners.
- Spoon batter into each liner.
- Bake according to directions on the back of your cupcake mix box.
- Let cool completely.
- Decorate your cupcake by following the directions below.
Pumpkin Decoration
- Ice cupcake with orange icing.
- Add a green gumdrop to the top of the cupcake.
Jack o’ lantern Decoration
- Ice cupcake with orange icing.
- Use black "piping" icing to draw a friendly or frightening face.
- Use green "piping" icing to draw stem.
Cat Decoration
- Ice cupcakes with orange icing.
- Place three pretzels on either side of the cupcake for whiskers.
- Place a mini marshmallow on the cupcake for a nose.
- Place two edible eye candies on the cupcake.
- Stick two candy corn pieces in cupcakes as ears.
Eyeball Decoration
- Ice cupcakes with white frosting.
- Place Lifesaver in the middle of the cupcake.
- Use black "piping" icing to fill the middle of the Lifesaver.
- Use red "piping" icing to draw veins.
Mummy Decoration
- Use white frosting to ice cupcakes in layers - leave space for eyes.
- Place two edible eye candies on cupcake where there is no icing.
Frankenstein Decoration
- Ice cupcake with green frosting.
- Stick two candy corns into either side of cupcake.
- Use black "piping" icing to draw face and hair.
