About Ryan White
Ryan used his voice to fight against fear and misinformation surrounding HIV/AIDS and became a worldwide inspiration. He died at the age of 18 on April 8, 1990. The Children's Museum has more that 500 artifacts from Ryan's life and is proud to showcase them within The Power of Children®. These artifacts help tell the story of his struggle with AIDS, his fight to attend school and the great accomplishments he achieved during his short life. We are so proud to have Jeanne here with us today, and are privileged to continue to tell Ryan's story.
